What grades do you accept?
We accept rising K–9th graders. Each program groups students by grade.
What are the camp hours?
Camp runs 9:00 AM–2:00 PM with optional Extended Day from 2:00–5:00 PM.
Where is the camp located?
Camp is hosted at Catholic Schools and churches in the Boston area.
How do I register?
Select your camp, choose your week, enter your child's info, and complete payment. Required forms can be filled out later.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before camp
50% refund 7–13 days before camp
No refunds within 7 days of the start date
Free week transfers (if space available)
Do you offer sibling or multi-week discounts?
Yes—$50 sibling discount per additional child signed up.
What forms do I need to complete?
DPH-required forms include emergency contacts, pick-up list, medical info, immunizations, and health forms.
When do I need to complete the required DPH forms?
We will notify families when DPH forms are ready. Forms must be completed before the first day of camp.
What is your staff-to-camper ratio?
We maintain a 1:6 to 1:8 ratio depending on the activity and age group.
Who are your instructors?
Camps are led by certified teachers or experienced STEM educators, supported by trained teen counselors.
Are staff background-checked?
Yes, all staff complete CORI/SORI checks, reference checks, and safety training.
What safety protocols are in place?
We follow Massachusetts DPH regulations including first-aid certified staff, emergency plans, secure pick-up systems, and allergy-aware procedures.
What should campers bring each day?
Bring lunch, snacks, water bottle, closed-toe shoes, and a change of clothes for Messy Art Wednesday (Camp Da Vinci).
Do you provide snacks or lunch?
No—we ask families to send lunch and snacks daily.
Do campers go outside?
Yes, campers play outdoors daily weather permitting.
Will my child bring home projects?
Yes! Most camps include hands-on builds or take-home projects your child creates throughout the week.
How does drop-off and pick-up work?
A staff member checks campers in and out each day. Detailed instructions will be sent before camp begins.
What if someone else needs to pick up my child?
Only adults listed on your authorized pick-up list may pick up your child. You can update this list anytime in your parent portal.
How does Extended Day work?
Extended Day runs 2–5 PM with supervised play, crafts, STEM stations, and outdoor time. Add Extended Day at checkout.
What is your sick policy?
Children must stay home if they have a fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms, or cannot participate fully.
What if my child misses camp due to illness?
We cannot refund missed days, but we may be able to transfer your child to another week if space allows.
What is your behavior policy?
We work with families to support positive behavior. Safety-related issues may require a parent meeting.
Is BattleBots safe?
Yes—robots battle inside protected arenas using safe VEX materials and age-appropriate rules.
Are chemicals in Extreme Experiments safe?
All experiments use kid-safe materials with goggles and proper supervision.
What makes Camp Da Vinci different?
Camp Da Vinci blends art and engineering with projects kids never see in school—creative, hands-on, and highly engaging.
How many campers are in each group?
Each cohort typically includes 8 campers with room for modest expansion based on demand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile payment options through our registration system.
Are staff trained in first aid?
Yes, multiple team members are trained in first aid and CPR, and a certified staff member is always onsite.
What is your weather policy?
Outdoor activities may be moved indoors in case of rain or extreme heat to ensure safety.
